For our US customers there are significant and important changes to shipping and tariff rules. Please ensure you read and understand the information below before ordering.

How we ship your items

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON US SHIPPING

If you are ordering from the United States, please read this information carefully before purchasing. International shipments are subject to US customs procedures which are outside of our control. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms outlined below.

Where We Ship From
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

<strong”>Customs Duties and Import Charges
When your order arrives in the United States, it may be subject to US customs duties, import tariffs, state or local taxes, customs processing fees, or brokerage charges. These charges are set and collected by US authorities or carriers. Sparklier Ltd does not calculate, collect, or reimburse any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or fees. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay required charges may result in delays, return of the shipment, or abandonment by the carrier.

Country of Origin
US customs duties are based on the country where an item was manufactured, not the country it is shipped from. For example, a Swiss-made watch shipped from the UK is treated as Swiss origin by US customs, while a UK-made item may be treated differently under current US trade rules. Final classification and duty assessment are determined solely by US Customs and Border Protection.

<p”>Second-Hand and Pre-Owned Items
Second-hand or pre-owned items are not exempt from US customs duties or tariffs. For customs purposes, they are treated in the same way as new goods. There is no reduction or exemption from duties because an item is pre-owned.

Customs Clearance and Delays
Most shipments clear US customs without issue, however delays are increasingly common. Express courier shipments typically clear within 1 to 5 business days, but if a shipment is selected for inspection or review, clearance may take several days or several weeks. Delays may occur due to inspections, requests for additional information, payment processing, or high customs volumes. Sparklier Ltd has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers.

Refused, Returned, or Abandoned Shipments
If a shipment is refused, delayed due to unpaid duties, returned by customs, or abandoned, all resulting costs including return shipping, storage, or disposal fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any refund issued will be net of all shipping costs, customs charges, and carrier fees.

Our Responsibility
Sparklier Ltd is responsible only for dispatching your order from the United Kingdom, providing accurate commercial documentation, and securely packaging your item. Sparklier Ltd is not responsible for US customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs delays, inspections, or decisions made by US Customs and Border Protection.

Customer Acknowledgement
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept responsibility for all US import duties, tariffs, taxes, and related charges, and that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures.

How we ship your items

DESPATCH TIMES

  • Monday to Thursday Orders: We aim to ship orders placed before 17:00 GMT  the next day. 
  • Friday & Weekend Orders: We aim to ship orders placed between 17:00 GMT Friday & 17:00 GMT Sunday, Monday.
  • Busy Times: we reserve the right to ship within 72 hours during busy times.
Unaccepted Returns

COSTS & SHIPPING TIMES

United Kingdom:

  • Cost: Free postage.
  • Expected Arrival: Within 2 days after dispatch.

Europe:

  • Cost: £9.99.
  • Expected Arrival: Within 4-5 days after dispatch.

North America & Canada:

  • Cost: £19.99.
  • Expected Arrival: Within 6-8 days after dispatch.

Australia & New Zealand:

  • Cost: £19.99.
  • Expected Arrival: Within 7-9 days after dispatch.

Customs Delays:

Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays on international shipments due to customs. We have a lot of experience with international shipping, and our paperwork will always meet the requirements of your country. However, random checks or alterations to customs policy can cause delays.

  • International Shipments: For international deliveries, any customs or import duties that arise are the responsibility of the customer / recipient.
