The Sparklier Ltd mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Sparklier Ltd (“Sparklier Ltd”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We may amend or discontinue the Service or these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Sparklier Ltd, you consent to receive recurring messages (which may include service updates, alerts, order notifications, promotional messages, and cart reminders) to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent via automated systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. By providing your number, you confirm it is accurate and that you are the account holder or authorised user.
Charges and Responsibility
Sparklier Ltd does not charge for this Service, but message and data rates may apply as per your mobile provider’s plan. You are responsible for any such charges.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to our shortcode or clicking an unsubscribe link (if provided). You will receive a confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again. If you have subscribed to other Sparklier Ltd programs, you must unsubscribe from each individually.

Number Changes
If you change your mobile number, please re-subscribe using the new number. We are not responsible for requests sent to numbers that are no longer in service.
Liability
We are not liable for any delays, failures, or misdirected messages due to technical issues or mobile network errors. The Service is provided “as is” and to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any reliance placed on information delivered via SMS.
Data & Privacy
We respect your privacy and comply with the UK GDPR and PECR. Personal data provided for the Service will be processed as described in our Privacy Notice. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data and to object to direct marketing at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
