Accepted Returns
Eligibility
- Time Frame: You can return items within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of Item: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and documentation.
- Exclusions: Earrings are excluded. See below.

- Earrings: For health reasons, earrings are excluded from our Returns policy.
- Damaged Items: Items damaged in transit are excluded from our returns policy, although we will do our very best to help resolve the issue.
How To Return An Item
Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at customerservices@sparklier.co.uk to initiate a return. We will provide you with the necessary details and return address.
- Shipping: Return the item via a tracked and signed postal service. This is important for the security and assurance of your return.
- Covering Postage Costs: Please note, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer — See Refunds Below.
Your Refund
Refunds
- Non-Defective Items: If you do not like the item you received, we will refund the cost of the item.
- Defective Items: If the item you received is defective, we will refund the cost of the item along with the return postage upon receiving the returned item.
- Processing: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and the refund is expected to reach you within 5 working days.
LOst in Transit
Lost Items
- Carrier Responsibility:Â If an item is lost in the post, it is the responsibility of the buyer to seek reimbursement from the carrier. Sparklier.co.uk will not be held responsible for items lost during shipping. Although we will endeavour to help the buyer recover their costs.
