9Ct Gold Bezel Set Aquamarine Pendant

A full rub-over bezel is my favourite setting for everyday wear — it wraps the stone in a smooth collar of gold, so there are no claws to snag and nothing to catch as you go about your day. Here it holds a soft blue oval aquamarine, the 9ct gold polished to bounce light around the edge, finished with a simple tapered bail. It's understated and practical, and that pale blue pairs happily with warm gold or cooler metals alike. At just a gram it disappears on the neck. There's no hallmark on this piece, but it's solid 9ct gold, and a lovely nod to a March birthday.
