9Ct Gold Sapphire & Diamond Ring

A sweeping little cluster, this one — marquise sapphire and small diamonds arranged in a curving, fan-like arc, with a pretty openwork scroll detail curling off to one side. It's asymmetric and full of character, yet the fine polished shank keeps it light and low on the finger at just 1.4g. The blue and white play off each other nicely, giving colour and sparkle without any heaviness. I think it makes a charming dress ring for the evening, though it's easy enough to wear by day too.
