9Ct Gold Sapphire & Diamond Drop Lavalier necklace

The lavalier is an Edwardian idea — an open, scrolling frame with a drop that swings gently as you move — and this one carries it off with real charm. A pear-shaped sapphire hangs at the centre, claw-set and ringed with diamond accents, the whole frame worked in polished 9ct gold. The articulated drop gives it life; it's never static.
